The base system uses a collaborative CR10AF Dobot Robot in order to erect multiple box sizes in a small footprint. Especially when compared to a traditional case erector! The boxEZ is easy to install, quick to configure, and an easy way to automate a repetitive task.

The box erector robot pulls a box from a box magazine (multiple magazines are available) using a custom vacuum EOAT. The same EOAT opens the box and runs it through a folding stand and taping table. Then the robot discharges the box in a method determined by the customer's need. For example, it can run continuously down a conveyor, erect boxes on call, replace boxes in a queue for a pack out station, or drop the boxes in an ungainly heap on the floor if that is what you want. It’s all about flexibility!
