Policies & Warranties

Net 30 days unless other terms are established prior to acceptance of order. Payment for all products, services, and support will be made by check, credit card or wire transfer only.

Our primary shipper is the United Parcel Service (UPS). All shipments are prepaid and add unless otherwise requested. Title to products passes from Barry Sales to Customer on shipment from Barry Sales' facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipment by a carrier selected by Barry Sales is the responsibility of Barry Sales. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by the customer is the customer's responsibility.

Taxes will be charged whenever a product is shipped to Missouri, IA or Kansas unless the customer provides a valid and completed state tax exemption certificate to Barry Sales.

The limited warranties applicable to our products are included in the documentation delivered with the products, and there are no warranties for services. Barry Sales makes no express warranties except those stated in this section. Barry Sales disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Barry Sales' responsibility from warranty claims is limited to repair and replacement.

Barry Sales equipment and parts that are purchased directly from Barry Sales by an end-user customer may be returned, unless the item was sold as nonrefundable. If the item is returnable a Return Merchandise Authorization needs to be obtained from Barry Sales. Barry Sales reserves the right to inspect all returns and in some instances restocking charges may be incurred.
